This change is necessary to help us maintain the quality of our services while covering the costs associated with preparing and delivering professional quotations. Our call-out fee is in place to cover our expenses, such as fuel and time, when assisting you with a quotation. This fee ensures that we are not incurring costs that cannot be matched with the business income generated However, please note that when you accept our quotation and the work proceeds, the call-out fee will be credited to the invoice. This means you will not be liable to pay the fee if the quotation is accepted and the work is completed.
