1. Site Preparation

• Inspection of all exterior wall and boundary wall surfaces

• Identification of cracks, peeling paint, damp areas, and surface imperfections

• Protection of plants, paving, windows, fixtures, and other non-painted surfaces with drop sheets and masking

2. Surface Cleaning

• High-pressure washing of exterior walls and boundary wall to remove dirt, dust, mildew, and loose paint

• Allowing sufficient drying time before painting begins

3. Repairs & Surface Preparation

• Filling of all visible cracks with appropriate crack filler or exterior skim compound

• Repair of minor plaster defects where needed

• Sanding of repaired areas for a smooth, uniform surface

• Application of a masonry primer or bonding liquid to bare or patched areas

4. Painting – Exterior Walls

• Application of one coat of primer or bonding liquid (if required by surface condition)

• Two coats of high-quality, UV- and weather-resistant exterior paint in the client’s selected colour

• Neat cutting around windows, doors, fascias, and trims

• Painting of fascia boards, gutters, downpipes, and soffits (if included in the scope)

5. Painting – Boundary Wall

• Surface prep: sanding, crack repair, and primer application as needed

• Two coats of durable exterior paint or textured wall coating

• Neat, clean finish with attention to gate edges, capping, and wall details

6. Clean-up & Finishing

• Final inspection to ensure paint coverage is uniform and defect-free

• Touch-ups where necessary

• Complete cleanup of the site and removal of all masking materials and debris
