• Site assessment and identification of hazards

2. Cleaning & Surface Preparation

• Thorough cleaning of the roof using an industrial high-pressure washer to remove dirt, loose paint, debris, and contaminants

• Manual removal of flaking paint, surface rust, and biological growth where necessary

• Degreasing and surface drying to ensure proper adhesion of repair and coating materials

3. Roof Repairs

• Reseating and sealing of all roof screws and fasteners using a fibre-reinforced waterproofing compound

• Replacement of loose, worn, or missing roof screws with new Teck screws and washers

• Treatment of rusted areas using a rust converter and corrosion-inhibiting primer

• Crack repairs and joint sealing, including parapets, flashings, and overlaps

• Resealing of drainage outlets and penetrations to prevent water ingress

4. Waterproofing Application

• Installation of a flexible, fibre-reinforced waterproofing membrane over critical areas, including joints, flashings, and overlaps

• Reinforcement of problem areas with membrane mesh where needed

• Quality control to ensure proper curing and seamless adhesion
