Comprehensive inspection of the concrete roof
Industrial high-pressure cleaning to remove debris, algae, and loose material
Crack repairs and sealing with fibre-reinforced waterproofing products
Application of a high-performance, UV-resistant waterproofing system
Detailed sealing around joints, outlets, and structural features
Final application of silver sun-reflective paint to enhance UV protection and reduce heat absorption
