Handyman

*  Painting, plumbing, tiling, electrical and other general handyman skills is essential.

*  Carpentry skills 

*  Knowledge of the methods, materials, tools, equipment, safety hazards and the safety precautions, used in building management is a requirement.

*  Verbal and written communication skills

*  OWN BAKKIE and drivers licence.

*  Must ideally reside in Kempton Park, Edenvale (East Rand)

 

 

Junior Site Supervisor

*  A young gentleman "HANDS ON" and willing to learn.

*  Work on and manage painting projects.

*  Some Experience required

*  Full product training will be given

*  MUST HAVE OWN BAKKIE

*  Sober Habits

 

 

 

 

*  Waterproofing experience/ knowledge a must

*  Full product training will be provided by our waterproofing suppliers

*  MUST HAVE OWN BAKKIE 

*  Be enthusiastic and target driven

*  Daily running of site

*  Quality control

*  Project completion
