Assessment and quotation procedure:

1. On site quotation assessment and measurement.
2. Quotation will be submitted via e-mail or fax.
3. If quotation has been accepted, a 50% deposit is required.

Roof Painting Procedure (Tile and Zinc Roofs):

1. Hydro wash roof to remove loose grit, sand and dirt or flaking paint.
2. Repair roof copings where necessary.
3. Repair roof tiles where necessary.
4. Reset roof screws where necessary.
5. Waterproof roof copings, roof bolts and joints.
6. Spray 1 coat clear sealer (or zinc primer for zinc roofs).
7. Spray 2 coats acrylic roof paint.
8. Final invoice and balance of payment on completion.
